Service Description

Using breath, postures and meditation, we journey each week from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. We relax our nervous system, release tension in the physical body, and connect to our inner world. These classes are suitable for beginners to experienced yogi's alike. Yoga is for everybody, and all are warmly welcomed. Tuesday's 7pm-8.30pm - August 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. In-person: Bring your mat, wear something cosy and non-restrictive and bring any yoga props you have - blocks or bolsters, however there are some available in the studio. On-line: You will need a mat, or a comfortable floor to practice on. Use yoga props or grab a blanket and a couple of cushions to act as support aids.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can not be made 7 days prior to any courses or events. If you can no longer attend, please find a friend or family member to swap out your relaxation place instead!
