Born and raised in the countryside of northern England, I started travelling around New Zealand and Australia in 2009. I fell in love with both countries for their beautiful landscapes, slower pace in life, and of course, the better weather.
Over the years, some other family members also fell in love with New Zealand and now live between Auckland and Christchurch. In 2013 I moved from Australia to New Zealand, spending time enjoying the kiwi life before deciding on my next career, Naturopathy.
I began my journey into natural health with an interest in how the earth can heal us, and how ancestral practices created autonomy in healthcare. I began to explore how this transpired into the physicality of modern daily life by learning about plants and natural products available today.
My passion spiralled into reality when moving to Auckland to complete a three year bachelors degree in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine, followed by a Diploma in Clinical Nutrition at Wellpark College of Natural Therapies. The course instilled naturopathic principles into the core of my practice whilst teaching the science and research behind lifestyle, herbal and nutritional interventions for people.
I am still based in Auckland, loving the life and space I have created here over the last 6 years. In my spare time I enjoy relaxing in my own space, walking, being among nature, exploring & learning about life.
I explore alternative health techniques such as breathwork, reiki, mantra, meditation, vinyasa & yin yoga, sound journeys, ecstatic dance, crystal bowls and many more. Social time is of high importance for me, spending quality time with friends and family, and frequenting cafes for a flat white and an almond croissant is a must.
